Donavan is one of Napa Valley's most sought after fitness professionals. Owner and CEO, he is named four-time Napa Valley's Best Personal Trainer, and provides Calistoga residents and visitors with a unique fitness & wellness coaching, nutrition support, residential & commercial gym design, as well as consulting with award winning hotel brands including Hyatt, Auberge Resorts and The Four Seasons.  His clientele has ranged from cardiac rehab patients to winemakers to professional athletes from the Washington Redskins and much more. His approachable-style, enthusiasm and experience has given him the ability to train individuals and group of all levels and ages.

Jacqi Almond

Jacqi's fitness experience began at Velocity Sports Performance where she provided strength and conditioning workouts to young, high school and college level athletes. When she is not in the gym, Jacqi spends time with her four kids, volunteers as a firefighter for the Sonoma County Fire District and joins as many books clubs as she can.

Billy Cox

Billy grew up in Essex, London and has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. At a young age he took to playing football (soccer), and has been a fan ever since. Throughout this time Billy has worked with 100's of clients of all ages and abilities. Billy’s specialty focuses on body transformations and continues to grow his clientele here in the states.

Jenny Szekley

Jenny grew up playing soccer, which fostered her love for movement, strength, and living a healthy lifestyle. Her passion for fitness, health, and wellness led her to personal training and coaching. She focuses on functional fitness, strength training, and creating sustainable programs to enhance longevity and overall well-being. She is dedicated to helping clients of all fitness levels move better, build strength, and live vibrant, balanced lives. At the core of Jenny's coaching philosophy is a belief in creating a supportive, goal-oriented, and fun environment. She values building genuine connections with her clients and empowering them to achieve their goals in a way that feels sustainable and fulfilling.

Private Services Include: 1:1 personal training, small group sessions, and large group fitness classes.


Fred Espinoza

JFred grew up surrounded by the beauty of Napa and Lake Tahoe, where a love for movement and the outdoors naturally took root. As a certified personal trainer through the International Fitness Association (IFA) with over 10 years of experience, Fred has dedicated his career to helping people build strength and confidence in their everyday lives. His journey includes competing as an amateur strongman and mas wrestler on both national and international stages, fueling his passion for strength, conditioning, and mobility. Fred’s approach to fitness is all about keeping it practical—whether it’s making daily tasks like carrying groceries easier or helping clients fully enjoy their favorite outdoor adventures.
